Dr. Dave Roberts believes in the power of education and enjoys sharing his expertise with others. Throughout his career, his clinical experience includes over 175,000 wisdom teeth and surgical tooth extractions, over 5,500 dental implant procedures, and over 30,000 moderate sedations.
Dr. Roberts has spent more than 30 years practicing, teaching, lecturing, and conducting surgical extraction workshops for his dental colleagues and has been an instructor for numerous oral surgery and moderate sedation workshops, both locally and nationally. In 2005, Dr. Roberts founded Virtual Innovative Practice Systems (VIPS)--a practice design, development, and management company that has improved access to care for patients across the country. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and is also a faculty member and co-founder of the Koerner Center for Surgical Instruction (KSCI).
Dr. Roberts is available to speak to dental study clubs, to dental associations, and to other dental organizations as an instructor for continuing dental education programs, as well as for individual clinical mentorship/externship.
